Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated by the carrier and depend on weight of entire order & shipping destination.

Our product line is fulfilled by various fulfillment centers around the world (dependent on the shipping address) - some of your items may arrive in separate packages. Please be patient and be sure to check on your tracking information or reach out if you have any questions or concerns!

There are no guaranteed delivery dates, however, if your order does not arrive after 30 days, please Contact Support.

Domestic (USA)

  • Orders are shipped out approximately 3-5 days after purchase and may take up to 5-7 business days for your package to be received.

  • Various shipping rates are available if you prefer expedited/express delivery times.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number.

International (Outside USA)

  • Orders are shipped out approximately 3-5 days after purchase and may take up to 10-14 business days for your package to be received.

  • Various shipping rates are available if you prefer expedited/express delivery times.

  • Additional costs: import fees, duties & taxes charged by your country for imports are not reflected in our shipping costs. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any additional customs fee's charged by your country.

  • If you refuse to pay the fees and the products are not returned, your order is not eligible for a refund.

  • If the products are returned, your order is eligible for a refund per the return policy above - note, shipping costs are non-refundable & the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Lost/Damaged Items

  • Damaged items are eligible for returns/refunds.

  • Items lost in transit are eligible for refunds - claims for lost packages must be brought to our attention within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for refunds.

  • If your item is damaged upon delivery or lost in transit, please Contact Support with the following information:

    • Email subject line: “Item(s) Received damaged” or “Item(s) Lost in Transit”

    • Order #

    • Please include a photo of the damaged item(s)

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Red Peppa’ Productions is not responsible for items lost in transit when items are sent back as returns & items will not be eligible for refunds if they are not received at our return address.
